The Critical Path to the Critical Path: Understanding Construction Scheduling
Scheduling considerations are front and centre of both construction contract negotiation and many resulting project disputes. But how are construction schedules put together in the first place? How closely does contract scheduling language align with the actual project schedule used by the parties? What’s the difference between a Level II and a Level III schedule, what does resource-loading mean, and what exactly is the critical path? Our speakers will walk through the key concepts of construction scheduling, explain how project schedules are assembled and administered, and then provide a live demonstration of construction scheduling software at work.
