Mind Your Bias
As lawyers you know that settlement is often impacted by considerations outside of the purely rationale. This session will examine thought process and will adress issues like Anchoring Bias (the tendency to believe the first information you receive) and Cognitive Dissonance (the tendency to disregard information you do not agree with) and other heuristics that can impact clear thinking. Join us for a lively discussion!
