
Lending from the First Nations Finance Authority
FINFA's CFO will address the process and benefits of First Nations becoming borrowing members of FNFA. A Manager from the First Nations Financial Management Board (FMB) will also address Financial Administration Laws and certification from the FMB under the First Nations Fiscal Management Act, which are prerequisites to becoming a borrowing member of FNFA.
