Both locally and globally, privacy is in constant evolution with laws and regulations being amended and adopted every year. In our interconnected world, Canadian businesses  are more often than not subject to various privacy regimes, some of which provide for hefty fines in the event of non-compliance. Having a privacy management program has become a requirement. A well-designed privacy management program is key to navigate the legal risks of non-compliance. In this webinar, our speakers will provide tips to develop and update a privacy management program for businesses of all sizes and will provide real-life examples in light of recent developments.
