The legal landscape regarding the use of restrictive covenants and non-disclosure agreements in North America is changing.  In this moderated panel discussion, employer-side and employee-side counsel from both Canada and the US will explore the cross-border differences and debate the pros and cons of restrictive covenants and non-disclosure agreements. Participants will also learn about the legislative developments from both countries on these hot topics in employment law.
